City Museum Policies
Daytime:
City Museum is designed to be enjoyed by children of all ages. However, visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a chaperone 18 years of age or older. Chaperones must accompany children through City Museum and are responsible for their conduct and wellbeing. Proof of age may be required. When coming in groups of 6 or more, City Museum requires a 1 adult to every 6 children ratio. (Adult is considered any guest over the age of 18 with valid id.)
Sorry, but no food or drink is allowed to be brought into the museum.
Night Time:
After 5pm on Fridays and Saturdays, all visitors under the age of 18 must have an adult with a valid id and a paid admission in attendance (Adult is considered any guest over the age of 18 and a valid ID should contain both photo and birth date.) When coming in groups of 6 or more, City Museum requires a 1 adult to every 6 children ratio.

Parking
Parking is available in the Serpentine lot located on 16th Street for $5.00. (Cash Lot) Additional pay lots are available across 16th Street and across Delmar. Metered parking is available on the street.
Payment
The City Museum ticket window and first-floor Gift Shop accepts Mastercard, Visa, and Cash. Individuals with City Museum Member Cards proceed directly to the front desk.
Gift Certificates
$5.00 CITY MUSEUM Gift Certificates or admission gift certificates are now available. These can be purchased in the CITY Store Gift Shop or by phone at 314-231-2489 ext. 110 or 127.
