To get the most out of your visit to CITY MUSEUM, we'd like to make a few suggestions and let you
know some of our rules and regulations. Familiarizing yourself
with this information will ensure that your time spent with
us will be comfortable, enjoyable and safe!

What to Wear
With so much to explore, both inside and out, we'd like
to suggest that you dress appropriately. We highly recommend
that sneakers or closed-toe, closed-heel shoes are worn in
the museum. Sandals/flip flops are strongly discouraged. Please
note that, regardless of style, footwear must be worn at all
times. We'd also like to recommend that you consider wearing
full-length pants or jeans, as you will want to take advantage
of our multiple slides, tunnels and various attractions.
Bag and Coat Check
To avoid being slowed down as you explore the museum, you can drop your bulky, burdensome bag or winter-storm worthy coat at City Museum's Store 4 Coat Check. And, while you're there, you can pick up (and store) some of the many City Museum-inspired gifts and relics.
City Museum Policies
City Museum is designed to be enjoyed by children of all ages. However, visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a chaperone 18 years of age or older. Chaperones must accompany children through City Museum and are responsible for their conduct and wellbeing. Proof of age may be required.
When coming in groups of 6 or more, City Museum requires a minimum 6 to 1 ratio of children to adults. (Adult is considered any guest over the age of 18 with valid id.)
Sorry, but no food or drink is allowed to be brought into the museum.
