We book many events a year or more in advance.
You may use the calendar tool to search available dates in the space of your choice. After you have selected a desirable date, please contact us to discuss your booking and event details.
One date, in one room, may be held for up to two weeks but a $500 nonrefundable rental deposit and signed contract are required to reserve the space and time of your event. Once reserved, events may not be cancelled but may be rescheduled should the need present itself.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and checks payable to “CITY MUSEUM”. Cash payments are strongly discouraged.
Should you need a caterer, you must contact and use one from our approved list.
Your selected caterer will provide all food and beverages, including alcohol. They will also take care of any linen rentals that may be required.
