One date in one room may be temporarily held for up to two weeks with no contract or money. If you’re ready to secure a date, a $500 non-refundable deposit and signed contract is required. Once reserved, events may not be cancelled, but may be rescheduled as long as the new date is available and falls within a year of the old.
Acceptable forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and checks payable to “CITY MUSEUM.” Cash payments are strongly discouraged.
Should you need a caterer, you must contact and use one from our approved list.
Your selected caterer will provide all food and beverages, including alcohol. They will also take care of any linen rentals that may be required.
