Please read the following guidelines and fill out the form below:
- To be considered for a donation, your request must be submitted at least four months prior to the date of your event.
- Upon approval of a donation request, we will award four Complimentary General Admission Tickets.
- Tickets are typically sent out one month before the date of the event.
- We receive a very high volume of requests and we try to accommodate as many as possible.
- Following these guidelines does not guarantee approval of a donation.
- Please, no phone or mail-in inquiries.
