Member Reservations

Thank you for being a member.

We've missed you. As we begin to reopen, we're inviting our members to stretch their legs and explore the museum before we officially open our doors to the public. Some things will be different, at least for a little bit. But the museum is just as fun and full of magic as always!

Reservations for June 29 - July 31st are NOW OPEN and Single Sessions (10AM-5PM) start July 1st!

We hope you will share your feedback with our staff as you make your way through the museum. They have worked hard to create a safe and still FUN environment, and your input will help us improve.

We ask that you wear a mask, and that you read through our COVID-19 precautions and guest expectations before you arrive. You can find those here: https://www.citymuseum.org/covid-19-update/

Members still have unlimited access to the museum!
Reservations for June 29 - July 31st are now open. Members are always welcome. But if you're worried about guaranteeing your spot make a reservation here at least 72 hours in advance: https://www.citymuseum.org/membership/ or else, come on over.

Guest Expectations: A Shared Responsibility

  • If you or any member of your party or family is not feeling well, please don’t visit. Plan to come when everyone is well.

  • We have enhanced our already-stringent cleaning protocols considering the COVID-19 pandemic. Our staff will be cleaning using hospital-grade disinfectants during your visit. We apologize if you experience any delays or inconvenience as a result of these procedures.

  • At some exhibits, you may be asked to wash your hands or apply hand sanitizer before and/or after the experience.

  • We recommend guests bring as little as possible with them into the building.

  • Guests ages 9 and up will be required to wear a mask.

  • Guests will not be allowed to leave the building and return during a session.

Staff Requirements

  • Employees will participate in a health screening prior to each shift, including a temperature reading, before they enter the employee garage.

  • Employees will be required to wear masks, and each employee will receive two masks which they will be responsible for washing after each shift.

  • Employees will be required to wash hands and use 70% alcohol-based hand sanitizer throughout each shift, at least once per hour.

  • Social distancing is required of staff at all times.
