We do the planning, setup, and coordination, so you can focus on enjoying the day with your group. When purchasing Group Tickets, for every 8 tickets purchased you will receive 1 complimentary ticket. Complimentary tickets are automatically generated, and they are added in addition to the total number of tickets in your cart (Minimum requirement of 15 to receive Group Rate).

This form should only take a minute or two to complete, and our smartest and handsomest robots should have more information delivered to your inbox just about as fast. If you don’t receive an email within an hour or two, try checking your Spam folder. If you don’t hear from us at all within a business day or two, try calling or messaging us during operating hours.
- Group visits with over 100 people or including a meal must be booked and paid for at least 10 business days (M-F) in advance.
- Groups of less than 100 without a meal can be booked online at any time before your visit.
Tax-exempt groups can fill out this form. You will be contacted by our group sales coordinator regarding the next steps. All tax-exempt groups must provide a valid tax-exempt letter/certificate under their group name. Out-of-state letters/certificates are accepted.
Group rates require a minimum of 15 paid guests. There is no maximum.
Payment is due in full 10 business days (M-F) before your visit. Payments can be made online or by check. Checks must be received by the 10-day deadline and addressed to Museum Holdings LLC.
- If you wish to bring your own lunches, you must book at least 10 business days in advance (these bookings fall under our meal bookings). If you do not book a BYO lunch ticket, you may not bring outside food into the building. This does not apply to outside catering; please bring sack lunches only.
We do not refund unused tickets. However, they are valid until the end of the year (12/31/26), so you are welcome to come back to visit!
For every 8 tickets purchased, you will receive 1 ticket free. For example, if your group purchases 16 tickets, you will receive 2 tickets free for a total of 18 tickets. Many groups use these tickets to cover their group chaperones. However, this is not required.
Once your payment has been processed for your order, it cannot be modified. No additional tickets can be added. If you need to purchase additional tickets, you may purchase another order of group tickets (minimum of 15 purchased in order to receive the group rate) or you may purchase our Single-Day tickets ($20 per person online or $23 per person at the door).
You may amend your order up until your payment due date (10 business days prior) or any time prior to the submission of your payment. However, once your payment has been processed, no additional modifications can be made. Rooftop access can also be purchased day-of at the Front Desk, however tax-exemption will not apply.
There is no need to reserve City Museum tickets. We do not sell out of general admission tickets.

All buses must drop off on the corner of 15th and Lucas. There can be NO DROPPING OFF ON LUCAS. It is a shared street, and other residents and businesses use it frequently. Afterwards, please pull around to the North side of the Museum where complimentary bus parking is located on Delmar.
City Museum no longer has a groups entrance. Please enter through our Main Entrance and check in at our Front Desk. Send one person to check in before bringing the rest of the group through.
