Members receive $5 off when they park in our main Parking Lot, located on the west side of the building below MonstroCity. Just show your Member Pass card to the attendant in the castle!
Member passes are valid per person only and are strictly non-transferrable and City Museum main gate reserves the right to request identification

“Easy Pay” Payment Plan is only available online. To view your payment plan, make changes to your payment plan info, or make additional payments, click here.
Your Membership number is located on back of your Membership card OR under the barcode on your Digital Pass. If you cannot locate your pass number, please reach out to [email protected] and someone will assist you.
